🕒 Processing Times

All custom and made-to-order items are created with care. Please allow:

  • 7-10 business days for order processing before shipment
    (This may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons.)

🚚 Shipping Times

Once your order is processed, it will ship via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier. Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Orders: 2–5 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs)

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


🌎 International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


🛑 Shipping Issues

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If there’s an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. That said, we’ll always do our best to help where we can!


🏡 Wrong Address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize you made a mistake, contact us within 24 hours. Once the item is shipped, we cannot reroute it.


📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at any time through the carrier’s website.
