We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Since our products are custom-made, we’re unable to restock or resell them. Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.


Order Issues or Errors

If there’s an error on our end—such as a spelling mistake we made, the wrong item was sent, or your order arrives damaged—please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right!

📦 Damaged in Transit?

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please send photos of:

  • The damaged product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We’ll file a claim with the carrier and discuss a resolution or replacement if applicable.
